These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of dog walking and pet check-in services by Fetchies to you, the client. By booking our Services, you agree to these Terms.
 

1. Services Provided

Fetchies offers:

  • Dog walking (solo or group walks as agreed)

  • Pet check-ins (feeding, water, playtime, litter changes, welfare checks)

Specific service details, duration, and frequency will be agreed in advance.

2. Bookings & Payment

  • Bookings must be made in advance via our agreed booking method (phone, email, or online system).

  • Full payment is required upon booking.

  • Prices are as listed on our website or provided in your quote and may change with notice.

  • Payment methods accepted: Cash, bank transfer.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled service will be refunded or credited in full.

  • Cancellations with less notice may be charged in full, except in exceptional circumstances.

  • If we cancel a booking, you will receive a full refund or credit.

4. Pet Health & Safety

  • Pets must be up to date with vaccinations, flea, and worming treatments.

  • We must be informed of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or behavioral issues prior to service.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a service if a pet shows signs of illness, aggression, or stress that could cause harm to the pet, other animals, or people.

5. Emergencies

  • In the event of a medical emergency, we will attempt to contact you immediately.

  • If you cannot be reached, we are authorised to seek veterinary treatment at your expense.

  • You agree to cover all related costs, including transport and veterinary fees.

6. Access to Your Property

  • You must provide safe and secure access to your property and pet(s) at the agreed time.

  • Fetchies is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by a third party entering your property before, during, or after our visit.

7. Liability

  • While we take every care, Fetchies is not liable for loss, injury, illness, or death of your pet, except where caused by our negligence.

  • We are not liable for damage to your property unless caused by our negligence.

  • You are responsible for any harm or damage your pet causes to people, other animals, or property during our care.

8. Weather & Safety

  • In extreme weather (heat, cold, storms), walks may be shortened or replaced with indoor play for safety.

  • We will always act in the best interests of your pet’s welfare.

9. Photography & Social Media

  • With your consent, we may take photos of your pet for updates and social media. No personal details will be shared without permission.

10. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be available on our website and will apply to future bookings.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the UK and disputes will be subject to its courts.
